Taking a 1-0 lead in the five-match T20 series against South Africa was hard work for the West Indies women’s team and coach Henderson Springer does not expect things to get any easier when the teams arrive in Trinidad for the remaining games.

The Windies successfully defended a total of 124 to earn a 17-run victory over the touring South Africa women in Barbados on Monday and according to their coach, the victory in that match and in the previous ODI game showed that, “they have got the capacity to learn and to win and it is good to see the execution as well over the last couple of days.”
